Tranquility in Turbulence
We’ve all dealt with juggling multiple responsibilities, work or school deadlines, or parenting a busy child and the frenetic energy associated with these experiences. I have never been one to subscribe to “mindfulness moments” or yoga, and I may have embraced the chaos more than I should. That all changed when I had a sensory-seeking child enter my life, and over the last seven years, I have found one consistent, daily five minutes of peace.
